Ok so today completely and utterly sucked ass. It's not that some great misfortune fell upon me but alot of small ones did.

The day started out great, I slept over at my brother's place so I could be there to let the guys in dropping off his new TV (52" wide screen HDTV). So basically I get to play Counterstrike all morning and then sign for this huge/awsome TV. So the delivery guys show up at the last minute and I end up in a rush to get out in time to get to school. To top off being in a rush I also did not shower, as I didn't want to be in the shower when they got there, and smelt pretty bad all day. Later I talk to my step mom, who called while I as in class, and I have a job interview with Robinsons May, cool beans. Then once I get home I immeadiately look for something to eat and end up having left over pasta from my birthday, nothing wrong with that but I was only home for an hour. After I ate I had to take my sister to take her driving test, which she passed. While I'm waiting for her to finish the test I called Mindy and we talked for near the entire time, we're going out tomorrow so I'm also excited about that. Now at this point I'm very satisfied with my day. I got to waste the morning playing games and checking out a big TV and scored a job interview. Smelling all day could not bring down my mood.

I get back home again and talk to my dad for a minute before I head out to go back to Brandon's place. So I drop Jess off at my mom's and grab some CDs for the trip to Brandon's, all of my CDs (With the exception of a NIN disc and two Mudvaynes) are missing. So then I head over to Best Buy to get an S-Video cable so we can plug my laptop into the big screen and watch Advent Children in 52" glory and then head off for Brandon's. Once I get there I hook up my laptop to the TV and we get ready for to watch...nothing. Nothing came up on the screen, I figured the cable was bad. So we call Best Buy and nobody is answering in the Viedo department, so then we call the PC department and someone answers after like 15 minutes just so I could lose service on my phone just as he was going to tell me what I needed to do. Finally I just pick up the house phone and call the nearby Circuit City, where he bought the TV, and they tell me to try a few things that don't work so they then tell me to come into the store. We head to the store to get redirected a few times and finally end up in this repair room with one guy who everyone keeps bugging (Poor guy) and wait about 10 minutes or so for him to finish with another customer. He looks at my computer and tells me to update my drivers and have their video guys test my cable and then Brandon pulls out some RAM he bought and the guy tells him it's defective.

So Brandon goes off to return the RAM and I head over to get the cable tested, the cable was fine we discovered and the issue lies in Brandon's TV. I then meet up with Brandon, still waiting in line to return his RAM, and tell him the bad news (Even the chick in front of us in line said that sucked).So we get to the counter after a pretty lengthy wait only to find out she can't do anything about the RAM unless we can get her the card it was purchased with, since we didn't buy it we needed Lindsay who was stil working. I then get the idea to ask the video guys if they have something that would convert S-Video into the regular 3 prong A/V jacks. They said there is such a device but they don't sell it, "Try Fry's" he says. Brandon claims there is a Fry's down Sherman Way...and there totally isn't. So we head to Taco Bell for food and then back to the apartment. What's this? They messed up our order! Of course it's my fault since I didn't really check but I paid for it so Brandon really couldn't bitch about it, though he did anyway. So we eat and start downloading shit from ATI to make my laptop work with the TV, just to give it one last try, and the first driver didn't work at all and everything after that I couldn't get to work properly either.

Finally, we say fuck it and start watching Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. After the movie I gether my things and head to my car. I climb in only to discover my battery is dead. Brandon had to drive his car around to the little residential area I parked in and give me a jump. Then driving home there's almost nothing but talk radio on so I listened to Love Line for most of the ride. I also now have missed the chance to play X-Men Legends 2 with Jess because I got home around 11. And to top it all off I have two things that I need ready for class tomorrow and one I can't find and the other I haven't been practicing. Atleast I get to have my second date with Mindy tomorrow though...I atleast have that to look forward to.

For those of you too lazy to read this rant just know that my day sucked.
